Pricing & Payment:

A 50% deposit and purchase order is required to place an order. Shipping fees and the final balance will be invoiced and collected prior to shipment.

Payment is accepted via check and credit card.

Custom Orders:

Each of our pieces are made-to-order and can therefore be customized in size and finish.

Pricing for customization on existing products is dependent on design changes and material choices. Quotations are available upon request.

Lead Times:

Lead times begin upon receipt of payment.

Most of our products are made to order, so we typically ask for a 8 - 12 week lead time unless otherwise noted.

Shipping:

We will contact you with appropriate shipping information, including cost and methods, after your order is placed.

Contact us for international shipping information.  Customers are responsible for all import taxes and duties. 

Return Policy:

Because most of our pieces are made with care upon receipt of your order, we cannot accept returns on any basis other than shipping damages.
